the Department of Advanced Technologies at the University. Research and economic development under his direction have led to new applications for fuel cells, several industrial plant start-ups, and plant buy-outs. The author of over 40 research and technology development publications, Dr. Moses has received support from USAID, USDA, the Department of Labor, the Ford Foundation and many others. He is a frequent speaker on appropriate technology transfer and economic development issues. His graduate degrees are from Mississippi State University. |
